I assure you many will have "well-established" parents who are financially well-off. And they have never been oppressed in their lives. The reservation is meant for economically backward people but they never get it because the SC/ST/OBC who dont require any financial help (at all) get it. They get low marks (much lower than other deserving students) but still get admission in the best colleges of the country.
